Corner pieces

Corner pieces are useful in putting the finishing touches to where non-matching mouldings meet and in creating a meticulous appearance. Indeed, corner pieces are used in places such as where skirtings and cover mouldings meet to create a uniform appearance. And corner pieces mounted onto the top corners of a door are impressive decorative elements. All corner pieces are also available painted white.

The standard corner piece thicknesses are 33mm and 40mm. The profile along the edges of corner piece is 8mm in depth. Corner pieces are also available without any edge profiling, and then the thicknesses are 20mm and 25mm. A corner piece 33mm in thickness may be mounted to accompany mouldings no thicker than 25mm. A corner piece 40mm in thickness may be mounted to accompany mouldings no thicker than 32mm.

The standard widths of corner pieces are 50mm/75mm/100mm/110mm/115mm/125mm. The corner pieces intended to be mounted at the base are 150mm in height. The base edge of corner pieces is straight, and so they can be cut off handily to the desired height.
